1. How do I purchase tickets for upcoming shows?
Tickets are available online at our website or directly through the Ticketstripe link Here. If we are not sold out, tickets may be purchased at the door and at the Salt Lick Café counter.
2. What is the seating arrangement like? Can I choose my seats?
All seating at Deertrees is General Seating (First come, first seated)
3. Are there discounts available for students, seniors, or group bookings?
Group ticket discounts are available – please CONTACT US for details.
4. What is your refund or exchange policy for tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled.
5. Is there a box office on-site, or should I purchase tickets online?
Tickets should be purchased online. If the show is not sold out, tickets may be purchased at the door. We do not have set box office hours.
6. What time do the doors open before a performance?
Usually about 40 minutes before curtain time. The Gallery is open from 4:30pm on during main stage and cabaret shows.
7. Is there parking available near the theatre?
There is parking available at the theatre and parking attendants to guide you.
8. Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have a cement walkway that goes directly into the theatre, and all rooms are accessible.
9. Can I bring my own food and drinks into the theatre?
We ask that you purchase food and drinks at our café to bring into the theatre. You are welcome to bring a picnic before the performance, and enjoy it at our outdoor tables.
10. What is the recommended dress code for attending a performance?
There is no dress code at Deertrees, however, the temperature can vary greatly from very warm to chilly. Best to plan ahead according to the forecast.
11. How long is the average runtime of a performance?
Most performances are 2 hours or less.
12. Are there age restrictions for certain shows?
Certain shows will have age restrictions, but that will be clearly posted on the ticket website and our website.
13. Do you offer gift cards for ticket purchases?
Yes Gift cards are available in any denomination.
14. Can I take photographs or record videos during the performance?
We ask that you refrain from photos and videos during the theatre performances, but some concerts encourage photos and social media posts.

It depends upon the performance, but yes we will have pre and post-show events at times. Our Cafe is open before all performances.
